Praise God for new sisters and brothers such as you! Being a new born child in Jesus is wonderful and, while the journey will be short, as we are all pilgrims here, there are directions for us in God's Word about being a labourer in a harvest of lost souls. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly [is] plenteous, but the labourers [are] few;
Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. [Matthew 9:37-38] Understanding and receiving the word is a process of reading and praying what we read -- all the while being open to the full understanding provided by the Holy Spirit. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible,by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. [1 Peter 1:23] As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: [1 Peter 2:2] Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

to know our triune God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) better [Ephesians 6:10-18 ] Talk to God in prayer morning, noon and night [Psalms 55:16-17] It is good to include scripture, that you have read, in your prayers God will respond to you. This is one of His great and exceedingly wonderful promises ! Tell others about Christ. Ask for wisdom in this and seek God's will for your life Worship andPraise God, serve God and others as God leads. And fellowship with other Christians in a full gospel church where our trinue God is preached As Christ's representative in a needy, hurting and dying world, demonstrate your new life by your love and concern for others.
